The Dangshi River is located in the city of Shishi , Jilin Province , the People's Republic of China , and is a tributary of the left bank of the Huifa River . River called Manchu "Dash" ( Manchu : ᡩᠠᠰᡳᡥᡳᡴᡠ , transliteration : dasihiku ) sound transfer, which means " bird of prey ."; [1] Another says, river stone can do whetstone , hence the name.
Dangshihe originates from the eastern side of Hongshizizi , Chaoyangshan Town , northwest of Panshi City , and flows through the radish reservoir , Yanshi District, Niuxin Town, etc., and enters Huihui River south of Lanjia Village, Niuxin Town. The river is 51.6 kilometers long, with a drainage area of 999 square kilometers, and the average river ratio is 1.2 inches. The average annual runoff is 76 million cubic meters. Blocking the Shihe River is located in the lowland and hilly areas. The upper reaches are fan-shaped river nets and the water potential is fiercer. The middle river valleys are wide, flat and open, and most of them are arable lands. The downstream rivers have many hills and valleys. The river valleys are narrow, and the riverbed is narrow and deep, and it is easy to collapse. [2]
